Welcome to Zenorigine. By accessing or using our services, facilities, website, or mobile application, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.1. Acceptance of TermsBy using Zenorigine’s services—including classes, gym access, events, treatments, and digital platforms—you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.2. Services ProvidedZenorigine offers a variety of wellness services, including:YogaMat Pilates (classical, modern, therapeutic)Reformer Pilates24/7 gym accessPrivate coachingMassotherapyLymphatic drainageSpecial events, workshops, and wellness programsServices may vary by location and are subject to change without prior notice.3. Memberships & Payments3.1 Payment TermsPayments for memberships, class packs, workshops, and services must be made using accepted payment methods (credit card, bank debit, e-transfer, etc.).3.2 Auto-RenewalCertain memberships renew automatically unless cancelled in advance. Members are responsible for reviewing their membership details at the time of purchase.3.3 Refund PolicyClasses cancelled by Zenorigine will be refunded or credited.All sales are final unless otherwise required by law or stated in a specific promotion.No refunds for missed classes, late cancellations, or unused sessions.4. Reservations & Cancellations4.1 BookingClasses must be booked through the Zenorigine app or directly at the studio.4.2 Cancellation PolicyClasses must be cancelled at least 4 hours in advance (or according to studio-specific rules).Late cancellations or no-shows result in loss of the class or penalty fees, depending on the membership.5. 24/7 Gym AccessFor members with gym access:Entry is restricted to authorized members only.Sharing access cards or codes is strictly prohibited.Members must follow safety guidelines and clean equipment after use.Zenorigine may suspend or terminate access for misuse or misconduct.6. Health, Safety & Responsibility6.1 Health ConditionBy participating in any activity, you confirm you are in suitable physical condition or have consulted a healthcare professional.6.2 Assumption of RiskYou acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks, and you participate voluntarily.6.3 Limitation of LiabilityZenorigine, its staff, and partners are not responsible for injuries, incidents, or damages arising from:Improper use of equipmentFailure to follow instructionsPersonal negligenceUndisclosed medical conditionsPersonal belongings are your responsibility.7. Conduct & RespectYou agree to:Treat all staff and members with respectBehave safely and responsiblyAvoid disruptive or abusive behaviorFollow studio rules and instructor guidanceZenorigine may remove or suspend a member who does not comply.8. Communication Consent (SMS, Email & App Notifications)By creating an account, booking a class, purchasing a membership, or providing your contact information, you explicitly consent to receive communications from Zenorigine, including:Appointment and class remindersSchedule updates or cancellationsMembership informationPromotional messagesCustomer service messagesImportant studio announcements8.1 SMS/Text Message ConsentBy providing your phone number, you authorize Zenorigine to send you SMS text messages.
Message frequency may vary.You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text, or by contacting us directly.Standard messaging and data rates may apply.Zenorigine will never sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.9. PrivacyZenorigine collects and handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
