How to start yoga?

Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice, here are some tips to get started:

Bring your own equipment: A yoga mat, blocks, and a water bottle are essential for a comfortable practice. Check if we provide these items in our studios. Bring your mat if you have one; otherwise, we have some available on-site.

Dress comfortably: Choose clothing that allows you to move freely.

Arrive early: Arriving 10 minutes before the class starts will give you time to settle in and prepare mentally.

How can I take advantage of a free trial class?

In our app, you can select a trial class.

I’m a beginner, which classes can I take?

All classes are accessible to beginners. Classes labeled power are more active and slightly faster, but many beginners attend them.

How to sign up?

All registrations and subscriptions are done directly through our Zen Origine app, available on the App Store and Google Play Store.

What should I bring?

Please wear comfortable clothing for your class. Bring a water bottle and a mat as well. If you don’t have a mat, we have some available at the studio. Shoes are not required for most classes, except for jumping classes, where they are mandatory.
