What is the difference between mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates

Mat Pilates mainly uses body weight and a few accessories (ball, resistance bands), while Reformer Pilates is practiced on a spring-loaded machine that provides variable resistance. Both methods are complementary and target deep muscle strengthening.

How many times a week should I practice Pilates?

Two to three times a week is ideal to progress while allowing your body to recover between sessions. Once a week is still beneficial if your schedule is tight.

What should I bring to my first Pilates class?

Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, non-slip socks and a water bottle. We provide mats and accessories.
